• Images from this website can be purchased for “Commercial use ” or “non-commercial private use”. Prices and sizes are detailed in our Ordering section.
• Images purchased for “non-commercial private use” entitles you the right to use the image one-time, privately / personally, but does not allow through these Terms & Conditions the right to distribute to either friends, family, acquaintances or third-parties, or to publish in any publication either printed or electronic including blogs, chat rooms or forums either paid-for or free-of-charge, to sell or offer for sale, the images purchased from Iberia Images.
• Images purchased for “Commercial use” entitles you the right to one-time, world-wide, non-exclusive use of an image as a printed photograph, or for a website page or for one conventional publication (the name of which must be supplied when purchasing. Purchasers agree that images may be used once only with the agreement of the copyright holder. Extended use of the images is by prior permission only. The Copyright of the image remains with Iberia Images and the Intellectual Rights remain with the photographer.
Purchasing Images
• Images from this website can be purchased easily. Simply click on Galleries, then click on the Album you are interested in and select the photograph you want to buy.
The image will then appear in the My Order section waiting for you to complete the purchase. On completion of the order, your image will then either be sent to you as a printed photograph in the size chosen or by email as a jpg file.
Secure Payment
• Iberia Images uses the secure online banking service, RBS WorldPay which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. All credit card payment details are strictly confidential and remain with RBS WorldPay and not with Iberia Images.
• When you decide to pay for your chosen image, you will automatically be re-directed to the RBS WorldPay secure payment area where you will make your payment through their system. No details remain in our system.
Charges are made in Euros, but Iberia Images cannot be held responsible for other charges made to you by your card issuing bank as a result of currency exchanges or other adjustments.
